Grace Church Music Ministry
Agents of Grace
"AGENTS OF GRACE", an all-volunteer praise and worship ensemble under the direction of Marshall Johnson, provides music for worship at Graceful Grounds, the 9:00 a.m. worship service at Grace Church. The group has featured church members on vocals, guitar, bass, drums, violin, mandolin, and piano since its inception in 2006. Musical offerings range widely in style and musical genre, including a variety of sacred and secular songs. Membership is open and anyone interested in performing is encouraged to contact the director. "Agents of Grace" rehearses weekly on Wednesday nights at 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m.

Grace Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir at Grace is comprised of musicians of all skill levels. The only skills needed to be in the Chancel Choir are a love of music and a love of God. The choir offers strong support in congregational singing and provides a variety of calls to worship, anthems, and benediction responses that focus on the scripture texts for that day. The choir rehearses each Wednesday evening from 7:00-8:00 p.m. and usually does "last minute" tuning Sunday morning just before the service starts; from about 10:30-10:50 a.m. In addition, the choir prepares special music for Advent and Lent that often includes guest musicians. The choir suspends Wednesday night rehearsals during the summer months, but continues to prepare anthems for Sunday worship during this time. The Chancel Choir at Grace has a long history of singing beautiful music to the Glory of God and is known for its variety of musical styles-- Latin Motets, Spirituals, Gospel, even Bluegrass! The Chancel Choir is ALWAYS seeking new members!
