Wonderful Wednesdays at Grace Starting September 9th.
Join us at Grace Church on Wednesdays during the months of September and October. We will begin on September the 9th and meet each Wednesday except for October the 7th, for a full suite of small group opportunities for study, fun, and fellowship. This year we have something for the youngest among us to the oldest. Take a look at what we have to offer and get connected with the group that interests you the most.
Senior Adult Bible Study
This Group will meet each Wednesday afternoon at 1pm at Friends Home Guilford. All seniors are invited to attend. We especially want to invite our seniors who reside at Friends Home-Guilford, Friends Home-West, River Landing, and Well Spring; as well as our seniors living throughout the Greensboro area. Each week Pastor Morris or Pastor Mike will lead a study and discussion based on the sermon topic from the preceeding Sunday. We will study the scripture, give you a summary of what our thoughts were in the sermons, and then engage in lively discussion about the topic of the week. If you have acess to a computer and would like to prepare in advance you can listen to our sermons online at the Grace Church website. There will be a kick-off luncheon at Friends Home Guilford on the first meeting date September 9th at noon. The cost for the lunch will be $9.00 and is payable that day. Contact Diana Clark at 292-2240 to make your reservation. All reservations are due by Monday September 7th.
The Message at M'Coul's
The Message at M'Coul's will meet each Wednesday at 6pm from September 9th through October 28th (except for October 7th) at 6pm at M'Coul's Pub at 110 W. McGee Street in downtown Greensboro. Come and join us for a bite to eat and your favorite beverage as we discuss and study our sermon theme for the week. These sessions are a great way to get to know others from Grace church in a warm comfortable friendly environment. Childcare will be provided at the church for the children of all participants from 5:45 until 7:15pm
Grace Gangs for Children
Back by popular demand are our Wednesday Night meetings of Grace Gangs. This year children of all ages through 5th Grade will meet at Grace from 6:15-7:15 pm for a light meal, recreation, and a Bible based lesson. Our Director of Children's ministry Kim Priddy and Sara Livengood will lead this ever popular children's program.
Chancel Choir, Agents of Grace, and 10:15 Worship Team Rehearsals
Following our Wednesday night growth groups are the regularly schedule rehearsals of our Chancel Choir, led by our director Danny Frye; and our contemporary worship teams for our 9 and 10:15 services led by Marshall Johnson. Make your Wednesday complete by participating in one of these groups too!
