Elijah! Is Coming

The K – 5th grades will be presenting Elijah! God’s Faithful Prophet to the Grace Church community on May 2nd at 4:00 p.m.  The Alleluia Choir began rehearsing the music in the Fall, and they will continue this Spring. 

For those children not involved, it is not too late!  We will be rehearsing on Wednesdays during the season of Lent.  Can’t join us on Wednesdays?  We will also rehearse the songs on Sundays during Jr. Church for the 9:00 a.m. worship service. 

All children in grades K – 5 and their families are invited to attend an information meeting on January 30 at 4:00 p.m. in the Choir Room.  At that time, audition solos and lines will be handed out to those wanting to audition.   All children attending the meeting will receive a rehearsal CD containing all the songs.  The auditions will take place on February 20 at 4:00 p.m. in the Choir Room.  No audition is required if a child only wants to sing in the chorus.  If you are unable to make it to either the meeting or the audition, contact Mary Virginia Norris at mvnorris@grace-methodist.com or (601) 750-9937 to set-up another time to meet.
