Advent Angels

Here at Grace we try to take care of all of our members. We know that there are some members who for whatever reason have had a difficult year. It is our goal as Advent Angels to reach out to those within our own church family and brighten their Advent/Christmas season.

On November 30, during our Advent Angel workshop, the children in our congregation made different things such as advent wreaths, cards, cookies, and other crafts. During the four weeks of Advent our Angels will drop these items that they made at their assigned person's home (or have someone else deliver). The goal is to not let the receiver know who their Advent Angel is. During the week before or after Christmas the Advent Angel, along with a parent, will go to the home of their receiver and meet face to face.

This is an awesome opportunity for the kids at Grace to serve others here in their own church family.
